Introduction to TRE
Introduction to TRE covers the basics of the exercises and provides you with guidance on accessing your body’s natural healing shake. The exercises themselves are simple, easy, and able to be modified to address different bodies, flexibility and strength. Kat has over 20 years of experience working with students who have balance, motor control, and mobility challenges.
• Introductory Session 1 hour via Zoom: $100
• Supervised Session 30 min via Zoom: $50
