  • Aromatherapy

Relax and unwind with complimentary aromatherapy. Choose from a variety of doTERRA essential oils, including Deep Blue muscle-soothing blend, invigorating Citrus Bliss, and calming Lavender. Diffused into the air and applied topically with pure coconut carrier oil, adding aromatherapy to your massage is a blissful treat.

  • Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue massage uses firm, constant compressions and strokes, mostly parallel to the muscle fibers. The intention is to make changes in the deeper connective tissues and musculoskeletal structure. This is achieved by applying gradually increasing pressure until relaxation and release is felt. It should not be painful, although some people describe it as a “hurts-feels-good” sensation. Changes in the body don’t happen right away; several sessions may be required to address stubborn knots or old injuries. You may need to adjust your posture, change the ergonomics of your workspace, create a new stretching routine, or visit a chiropractor or physical therapist in conjunction with receiving massage therapy.

  • Dynamic Cupping

Dynamic Cupping enhances your massage by acting like another set of hands, loosening muscles with suction while the therapist works another part of your body. Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed, which can relieve muscle tension, improving overall blood flow and promoting cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue. I have had great results with clients sensitive to Deep Tissue work. Regular cupping sessions prepare the body for deeper pressure with less discomfort. It is especially effective on tight IT bands!

  • Hot Stones

Hot Stones increase blood flow to stiff and sore muscles, can help you get a more restorative night’s sleep, and have been shown to provide relief to conditions such as Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Plus, it just feels good! Smooth stones that retain heat are used to warm up the muscles before Deep Tissue or Swedish massage treatment.

  • Lymph Drainage Massage

Lymph Drainage Massage focuses on the lymphatic system. It is a very gentle form of massage as much of the lymphatic system is located near the surface of the skin. An important part of your immune system, lymph filters cellular debris from your body. It is good for conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia.

  • Topical CBD

Applied topically, CBD will not get you “high,” but it does have potent anti-inflammatory and pain-relief benefits. The smell of cannabis also has expectorant, bronchodilator, and cooling effects. It has the same active ingredients as the scents of pine and lavender.

  • Sports Massage

Whether your sport is Golf, Pickleball, Surfing or hitting the gym, Sports Massage can keep you at the top of your game and lessen the aches and pains that come with exertion. Sports Massage combines massage techniques such as deep tissue, assisted stretching, cross-fiber, and trigger points. The goals of Sports Massage are to help muscles recover, increase circulation to lessen soreness, and maintain flexibility while building strength (which reduces the risk of injury).

  • Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage, sometimes called Circulatory Massage, is the classic spa massage. Targeting the circulatory system, it improves blood flow through tight and tense muscles, aiding healing. For those who suffer from chronic headaches, mobility issues, or joint pain (such as osteoarthritis) this massage technique can improve or resolve these issues long-term (with regular treatment).
