  • Very Gentle Adapted Yoga - Zoom Class

    Tuesdays 11am- 12pm CDT, by donation. We start with poses done seated in a chair, then do a few standing poses with the chair for support and balance, and finish with poses on the floor. Suggested props are: a firm chair (a folding chair or kitchen chair without cushion or arms), a yoga block, a yoga strap, a yoga mat, and 3 yoga blankets.

  • Personal Yoga Instruction

    Yoga for you. Develop a personal home practice to address your health and wellness goals. I recommend we meet at your home to set up your practice space. My home studio and props are also available if desired. After the session I will provide you with detailed written instruction for your custom personal practice.

    • 75 minute initial consultation & practice: $150

    • Single 1 hour session: $125

  • Iyengar Yoga
